The practice list is open and an application for inclusion on our list of patients should be made by an application form.

Patients now register with the practice rather than with an individual GP, patients are nonetheless free to request an appointment with any of the practitioners.

Clinical services will be provided to patients who are not on the practice list if they are staying in the area temporarily or require emergency or immediate treatment, unless the patient refuses consent.
